STOP and read the following before submitting a ticket

Due to the College of Saint Rose closing, the Helpdesk is no longer manned.  If you are a student looking to submit a ticket relating to your email, please note that as of August 31st, all student email has been disabled.  There were a few emails sent out since April about this closure and our website had this information for months as well.  If you feel like you still want to submit a ticket, please add a personal email address in the alternate email field so that we may respond to you.  Failure to provide this alternate email may result in nobody getting back to you.
